1. About Becoming Systems

Becoming Systems LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing custom software, automation, AI-enabled systems, business workflow design, and related services.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.

3. Free Business Review

If you submit a free business-review request, we may use the information you provide and relevant public business information to prepare an informational workflow review. We may use automation, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and human review. Assumptions should not be treated as verified internal facts.

4. No Guarantee

Website content, examples, workflow observations, and free-review materials do not guarantee revenue, savings, conversion improvement, time savings, or any other business result.

5. Paid Services

Paid custom software work will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, order form, or similar written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Becoming Systems retains ownership of its website, methods, templates, software, designs, systems, know-how, and general frameworks, except where a signed paid-services agreement provides otherwise.

7. Technology Providers

Our stack includes or may include Hostinger, Supabase, our custom in-house CRM, Telnyx, Resend, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Analytics 4, and related infrastructure providers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, subject to applicable law.
