2. Public Business Information

When you request a business review, we may review public websites, business listings, reviews, social or professional profiles, and other public-facing information relevant to the request.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the website, respond to inquiries, prepare requested reviews, deliver communications, qualify prospective projects, improve our systems, secure our services, and maintain compliance records.

4. AI and Automation

OpenAI and Google Gemini may be used to assist with research, organization, analysis, drafting, workflow mapping, and internal/custom-software functions.

5. Service Providers

Our current stack includes or may include Hostinger, Supabase, our custom in-house CRM, Telnyx, Resend, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Analytics 4, and related infrastructure/security providers.

6. SMS Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Telnyx and carriers may process messaging data as needed to deliver messages.

7. Retention

Free-review lead information may generally be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, security, compliance, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.
