Becoming Systems LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide custom software, workflow automation, AI-enabled systems, business process design, and related technology services.

3. Eligibility and Business Authority
You must be at least 18 years old. If you provide information for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to submit that information and request a review on its behalf.
4. Free Business Review
You may ask Becoming Systems to review a business task, workflow, or operational problem. To prepare the review, we may use information you provide and publicly available business information. We may use software, automation, artificial intelligence, and human review to help research, organize, analyze, and draft the review.
The review is preliminary and informational. Where internal processes cannot be verified, we may make reasonable assumptions and identify them as assumptions rather than established facts.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Recommendations, workflow diagrams, estimates, examples, and other free-review materials do not guarantee revenue, savings, conversion improvements, time savings, customer growth, error reduction, or any other result.

When you request a review, we may use the work email you provide to confirm the request, deliver the review, and send reasonable follow-up directly related to the review.
SMS notifications
Text notifications are optional and require a separate SMS opt-in. If you opt in, messages may include confirmation, status updates, and a link when your requested review is ready. 7. Information You Submit
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Becoming Systems LLC a limited right to use that information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer, improve, and document the requested service. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, protected medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the free-review form.
8. Review Materials and Intellectual Property
Becoming Systems retains ownership of its methods, templates, software, designs, prompts, systems, know-how, and general review framework. The recipient may use the personalized free review internally for its own business evaluation. Ownership of paid custom software and project deliverables will be governed by the applicable paid-services agreement.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.
10. Technology and Third-Party Services
Becoming Systems operates a custom technology stack that includes or is expected to include our in-house CRM, Supabase, Hostinger, Telnyx, Resend, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Analytics 4, security services, and related infrastructure providers.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any free website feature or review experience at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and free-review service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Becoming Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the public website or free business review.
14. Paid Services
If you hire Becoming Systems, the engagement will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, master services agreement, or similar written contract.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute concerning these public website Terms must be litigated, the parties agree to jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, subject to applicable law.
